Provençal chocolate truffles made of marzipan and caramelised almonds coated with luxurious dark chocolate.

Producer: Confiserie Manon, Peyruis, Haute-Provence, France.

What we say: "The first bite of these truffles delivers incredible flavour without being overly sweet for marzipan. The green almonds are delicate and complex while adding to a satisfying caramelised crunch. Top it off with a generous, dark chocolate casing and you're onto a winner. Ingredients - inside: Almonds, sugar, candied orange peels, glucose syrup and fructose, citric acid E330, sulfur dioxide, E220, icing sugar, Grand Marnier extract.

Ingredients - casing: Dark chocolate, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, brown cane sugar, natural vanilla extract.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Allergies: See ingredients. May also contain traces of milk gluten and nuts (made in a facility that handles these ingredients).
