Camarguese bull stew with red wine and black olives.

Producer: Conserverie Raynaud, Pernes les Fontaines, Provence, France

What we say: "This rancher's bull stew is a classic dish from western Provence and the Camargue. In this area, bulls roam in semi freedom alongside wandering horses and even flamingos! The Gardiane recipe goes back centuries and makes for a rich, full-bodied stew with flavoursome black olives."

Ingredients: Bull meat 55%, red wine (sulfur dioxide and sulphites), tomatoes, onions, carrots, sunflower oil, salt, black olives, modified starch E1422, garlic (sulfur dioxide and sulphites). Meat origin: France and Spain.

Serving: Pour the contents of the tin into a saucepan and warm gently without boiling. Alternatively, pour into a microwave-safe dish, cover, and heat.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 7 days.

Allergies: See highlighted ingredients
