Our boards are carved from a single piece of aged olive wood and ethically sourced from Tunisia, where olive oil production is critical for the local economy. Older, unproductive trees are bought from farmers and used to make our range of utensils. This sustainable approach benefits the environment and local communities in an impoverished region.
All our olive wood utensils have beautiful colours and textures and each one is unique. While they are practical and hard wearing, please don't put them through the dishwasher!

Really happy with my purchase - the wood grain and bark detail is as nice as pictured and it is a good size and weight. You can tell that this is real olive wood. Tariette were lovely to order from, with a handwritten note being a particularly nice touch. I greatly recommend!
