What we say: "Saucisson is a staple of French charcuterie, with recipes dating back to Roman times. This particular one is an old favourite made with wild boar meat for a flavoursome result. Enjoy before a meal on its own, with a glass of Côtes du Rhône, or try in a baguette with some butter and pickle."

Ingredients: Pig meat (79%)*, wild boar meat (19%)*, salt, lactose, wheat dextrose, milk powder, spices, natural pork casing.

Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place (up to 20ºC) for a maximum of 3 weeks.
