Our boards are carved from a single piece of aged olive wood and ethically sourced from Tunisia, where olive oil production is critical for the local economy. Older, unproductive trees are bought from farmers and used to make our range of utensils. This sustainable approach benefits the environment and local communities in an impoverished region.

All our olive wood utensils have beautiful colours and textures and each one is unique. While they are practical and hard wearing, please don't put them through the dishwasher!
