The quintessential, thirst quenching, apéritif Provence rosé.
Producer: Château Saint Pierre, Les Arcs, Var, France.
The known origins of the Château Saint Pierre date back to the 11th century. The vineyard covers 55 hectares along the Argens river to the foot of the Maures massif in Var. Led by father and son teams for four generations, it is mainly made up of noble grape varieties with a designation of origin (AOC). Aware of the importance of the quality of the terroir and with the greatest respect for it, Château Saint Pierre has managed to conserve natural cultivation methods.
What we say: "This is sunshine and summery Provence days in a wine glass. We believe there's no need to spend more than £10 for a delicious apéritif rosé. Le Secret is spot on thanks to its refreshing and rather dry hint of acidity that perfectly complements the notes of peach and spring fruits."

Food recommendation: This is an apéritif rosé that we strongly recommended to enjoy on a sunny day, ideally by the pool or the sea. Best served at 8-10°C, with ice for the amateurs. Also pairs perfectly with seafood.
