What we say: "A classic and rustic French chicken casserole. This Coq au vin is a rich meal, slow cooked in a powerful Provence red wine with local herbs and spices. The addition of bacon lardons, mushrooms and onions make it a glorious dish fit for any occasion."

Ingredients: Braised chicken with Cognac 54%, red wine 39% (sulfur dioxide and sulphites), stripes of bacon, button mushrooms, onions, sunflower oil, butter (milk), salt, plain flour (gluten), modified starch E1422, garlic, colouring E150b (sodium sulphate), spices, pork stock, salt. Meat origin: France.

Serving: Pour the contents of the tin into a saucepan and warm gently without boiling. Alternatively, pour into a microwave-safe dish, cover, and heat.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 7 days.
