Excellent knife, it's the one I always reach for in the kitchen. Bought to replace an old tired one I bought in France many years ago.
I received my order of 2 jars of rouille in the expected time frame. They were well packaged and arrived safe and sound with no damage.
When I went to use both jars at a celebration dinner I was hosting I was very disappointed that the contents of both jars were badly split and curdled looking.
Thy looked so unappetising that I abandoned using them and omitted them from the menu, even though the two jars and postage had cost me £16.70.... not an inconsiderable amount.
I have eaten rouille many times in the past and never seen it look so separated and curdled. If this is to be expected, then perhaps there should be instructions on the jar to explain how to "rescue" it and return it to its emulsified state.
Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from Tariette in the future.
Bought to extend our set - teaspoons often get lost. Really pleased with these as they are even nicer than the originals. It is difficult to get the horn effect handles now so very glad to be able to buy these.

This selection of flavors from Provence offers great variety at a great price. A loaf of crusty bread, a bottle of chilled wine, and you have everything you need for a picnic in the country! Each item impressed with its authentic taste and high quality.
Very thirst quenching, lovely taste... our second bottle! Extremely good value as the large bottle lasts some time. Packaging excellent as always.

Put this out as part of an apero spread with a pile of cornichon and a knife. The bare board after the event says it all!
These are delicious - the icing is crisp and the marzipan is soft. Winning combination and a taste of Provence. Only lost a star as they are too morish and irresistable!
This is truly beautiful and a joy to use. Add to that the extremely modest price for such a piece - it cost less than a small olive wood board bought in a French market! - and what's not to love!

I bought this for my nephew, who kept admiring mine! He's truly delighted. Easy in hand, seems to keep sharp for a long time, very versatile especially for those jobs needing a dedicate touch! He loves it - as I do mine (which is now about 10 years old, at a guess!). A great knife.
