What we say: "This is the appetiser of choice in Provence thanks to its rich, smoky flavour, which isn't too dissimilar to baba ghanoush. Try it with toast, pasta, or just as a dip. It's as luxurious as real caviar, trust me!"

Ingredients: Grilled aubergines 62.8% (including antioxidant: citric acid), vegetable oils (sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil), black olive pulp (black olives and salt), garlic, salt, concentrated lemon juice, black pepper.

Storage: Store in cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 8 days
