Orange, grapefruit and lemon marmalade - 300g

A French twist on a British classic. This sweet, zingy marmalade jam is perfect for breakfast and on toast.

What we say: "This marmalade beautifully combines the sweetness of fresh oranges, the sourness from the grapefruits, and lemons' bright acidity. The cooking process takes days. It starts in a copper cauldron, where the fresh citrus fruits are cooked and then left to macerate. The result is a delicate and complex jam, with delightful pieces of fruit, perfectly balanced in sugar. Maison Octave only uses fresh fruit in their recipes as well as cane sugar."

Ingredients: Orange, grapefruit and lemon (total amount of fruit: 65%), water, gelling agent: pectin, cane sugar 35%. No preservatives, no colourings and no artificial gelling agent.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening.
