This hearty Provençal fish soup instantly transports you to Le Vieux Port in Marseille.
Producer: Conserverie Raynaud, Pernes les Fontaines, Provence, France
What we say: "When you slowly heat this fish soup, the smell of bouillabaisse is striking. And it tastes just as good as it smells with its delicious blend of rock fish (a whopping 40%!), tomatoes and onions alongside delectable seasoning in the form of bay leaf, pepper, paprika and saffron."
Ingredients: Water, fish 40%, onions, tomato paste, sunflower oil, salt, white wine (sulfur dioxide and sulphites), olive oil, modified starch E1422, garlic (sulfur dioxide and sulphites), seasoning and colouring (pepper, fennel, natural colourings: E160a, E100, E160c, bay leaf, paprika, saffron, E551). Aroma fish stock (shellfish, fish, soy (soy oil), milk (lactose), celery).
Serving: Add an equal amount of water to the contents of the tin. Mix and heat slowly without boiling, then serve. Enjoy the Provençal way by topping with grated cheese and croutons.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 7 days.
Allergies: See highlighted ingredients.
