This white wine is just as enjoyable and invigorating as a morning dip in the sea!
Producer: Vignerons du Mont Ventoux, est. 1924, Bedoin (Provence).
Les Vignerons du Mont Ventoux is a collective of growers and wine makers established in 1924 in Bedoin, at the foot of Mont Ventoux. They produce delicious and affordable wines with an approach that respects the terroir and traditions.
What we say: "Vermentino and Viognier are two very aromatic grapes. Originating from Sardinia, Vermentino is used more and more in Provence to bring freshness to our white wines. In this wine, the Vermentino brings minerality, floral notes and hints of lychee to the palate. On the other hand, the touch of Viognier, pillar of the white grapes in Provence, brings structure, roundness and fresh summer peach flavours. This wine is light but well balanced and works equally well at apéritif as it does with a seafood meal. At just over £12, picking up a bottle is an easy decision!"
