What we say: "These indulgent duck rillettes are made using a traditional recipe from the heart of the Dordogne. With a pulled pork-like texture, they’re easy to spread on toast and perfect for a rich, savoury treat. Slow-cooked in their own fat, rillettes are richer and more flavourful than typical pâté. The ingredients are wonderfully simple: duck meat, duck fat, salt, and pepper. Deliciously authentic and full of flavour! Best enjoyed with a bold red wine made from Syrah and Grenache, like our Luminense Ventoux Red."
