Ingredients: Red peppers 66.5%, apple, sugar, vinegar, mustard (mustard seeds, vinegar, water, salt), garlic, Espelette pepper purée 0.61%, salt, pepper, citric acid.

Storage: Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 7 days.
