Provençal Rouille sauce with Espelette pepper.

What we say: "A Mediterranean sauce to serve on croutons with our Provençal fish soup or the traditional Marseille Bouillabaisse. The perfect way to liven up any fish or shellfish sauces."

Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, garlic, water, tomato purée, pasteurised egg yolk, paprika, mustard (mustard seeds, water, vinegar, salt, sugar, preservative: acid sodium sulphite), white wine vinegar (sulphite) salt, modified starch, fish stock (fish 0.11%, salt, rapeseed oil), sugar, yeast extract, onions, spices, leeks, celery, concentrated lemon juice, white pepper, thickener: Xanthan gum, Espelette pepper: 0.125%.

Storage: Store in cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 8 days
