What we say: "This tin of anchovies is a staple of Mediterranean cuisine.
The wild, locally caught anchovies are steam-cooked using traditional methods, then carefully marinated in extra virgin olive oil infused with lemon, parsley and garlic. Most of the preparation process is carried out by hand at the cannery, located between Marseille and Sète. Free from artificial ingredients or preservatives. Pair these with a crisp glass of Viognier Vermentino white from VMV and indulge in the flavours of the South of France."
