What we say: "What a lovely vegan spread! The artichokes take centre stage, with French green olives, garlic and herbs adding just the right amount of depth. It's surprisingly light for something so rich and flavoursome. Delicious on toasted bread for apéro, or served as a dip with fresh vegetables. Definitely one of my new favourites!"
