What we say: "This crème brûlée in its glass jar takes us back to our childhood. It is rich but light and smooth in texture. There's a fine layer of sugar on top so you can burn it yourself before serving. We also love the fact it doesn't have to be kept in the fridge. Absolutely delicious."
Ingredients: Crème fraîche, butter, sugar, water, eggs, chestnut liqueur, agar-agar.
