What we say: "By popular demand, we have decided to stock two staples of French cuisine, made not in Provence but in the Périgord region. The first one is this delicious award-winning* duck foie gras. Maison Lembert have been producing stunning foie gras, cooking and preserving duck, for four generations since 1940. The foie gras is made of a whole lobe of the finest duck liver lightly seasoned with salt and black pepper. Take the whole foie gras out of the jar before serving cold on toast."

Ingredients: Duck liver (origin: Périgord, France), salt, black pepper and sugar

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Best consumed by date: 2024-25. Keep in the fridge 24h before serving. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 2 days.
