Made entirely from Carignan, this red wine is perfect for Malbec lovers, with rich stewed red fruits, warm spices, and a crisp, fresh finish.
Producer: Domaine de l'Angèle, Goult, Luberon (Provence).
With six generations of family heritage, Domaine de l'Angèle is situated near the village of Goult, offering stunning views of the Petit Luberon and Mont Ventoux. The estate owes much to its namesake, Angèle, who shaped the vineyard's early growth. She built the terraces, dug the well, and planted an oak tree that still stands today. Through her hard work, she began expanding what was once a small vineyard, and it’s in her honour that the family named the Domaine.
What we say: "Les Gens, a Ventoux from Domaine de l'Angèle, is crafted exclusively from 80-year-old Carignan vines. Aged for 15 months, half in 400L barrels and half in stainless steel tanks, it delivers rich flavours of stewed red fruits and subtle warm spices, finishing with a bright, refreshing touch. Perfect for Malbec lovers, this wine strikes a beautiful balance between boldness and elegance, making it an ideal choice for those seeking depth with a fresh finish."
