What we say: "In this lovely tapenade, the slightly tangy flavour of the green olives is balanced by the sweetness of the tomatoes. It's a little different from our previous recipe, with a smoother, more olive rich flavour. We love it spread on toasted bread for apéro, but it's also delicious spooned over a white fish fillet or stirred through fresh pasta."
