What we say: "By popular demand, we are excited to offer this traditional French Cassoulet, made in the heart of the Dordogne region. This rich and comforting dish features tender duck confit legs and flavourful Toulouse sausages, slow-cooked in a delicious bean sauce. Prepared following a family recipe from the town of Castelnaudary, this cassoulet is a true taste of the South-West France countryside. Made without any artificial seasonings or preservatives, this tin is a pure expression of the authentic dish. Simply pour the contents into an oven-safe dish, arrange the meat and charcuterie on top of the beans, and reheat in the oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes. Serve piping hot and enjoy this comforting French classic with a bottle of our Luminense red. This tin is perfect for two servings, allowing you to savour the rich, hearty goodness of this traditional cassoulet at home."
Ingredients: Lingot beans, Toulouse sausages: 120g, Duck meat: 140g, White wine, veal stock, tomatoes, salt pepper, garlic, onions, thyme, bay leaves.
