What we say: "This courgette spread is fresh with a lovely, delicate texture and a gentle citrus note. The combination of courgettes, green olives and chickpeas gives it a lovely balance of flavours, without being too rich. It's primarily a dip but also works really well as a sauce with fresh pasta."
Ingredients: Pre-fried courgette (courgette, sunflower oil) 50%, chickpeas, French green olives 15% (olives, water, salt), olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper. May contain olive stones.
