Tariette is a family-run British business with its roots in Provence. Most orders are prepared and packed at our warehouse in Staines, just outside London, where we keep our UK stock. We travel regularly to Provence to meet our producers, discover new pieces and replenish our collections.
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 working days. Standard UK delivery normally takes a further 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs checks, local couriers and public holidays. The available delivery service and estimated cost will be shown at checkout.
Express delivery may be available for eligible UK orders and destinations. Please contact us before ordering if delivery by a particular date is important. We will check the availability of the products and let you know which delivery options are realistically available.
Yes, we deliver many of our products internationally, although availability depends on the destination, the type of product and local import restrictions. After selecting your country or entering your delivery address, the website will normally show which products and delivery services are available. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a particular product can be sent to your country.
Our collections are inspired by the colours, traditions and everyday life of Provence and the wider South of France. We work with independent producers, family businesses and specialist makers, many of whom we know personally. We also discover products during our regular visits to village markets, workshops, fairs and producers throughout the region. Product pages include information about the maker, origin and materials wherever this is available.
Not always. Many Tariette products are handmade, hand-finished or created from natural materials. Small variations in colour, shape, texture, glaze, grain, pattern or finish are part of their character and are not normally considered faults. These differences help make each piece individual. We take care to photograph and describe our products as accurately as possible.
Of course. Please contact us by email or through the WhatsApp button on the website if you are unsure which product, size, colour or style to choose. We know our collections well and will be happy to recommend something for your home, a gift or a particular occasion.
Yes. You can send an order directly to the recipient and leave a gift message in the notes box at checkout. Please check the recipient's name, delivery address and contact details carefully before completing your order. For larger gifting projects or deliveries to several addresses, please contact us to discuss our corporate and multi-address gifting service.
For most eligible products purchased online, you have 14 days after delivery to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the products. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is normally responsible for the return postage. If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Tariette will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or return and will cover reasonable return costs where required. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information.
