What we say: "Lavender oil’s cooling, relaxing, and uplifting effects have been used in Provence since Roman times! This essential oil is distilled from fine lavender (lavandula angustifolia) at lower temperatures, which preserves a fuller and more potent aromatic and therapeutic profile. Pop two or three drops of lavender oil in your cupped palms and rub on the feet, temples, wrists, or anywhere else for an immediate calming effect. Rub a few drops on your pillow and sheets to help you sleep. Lavender oil is a powerful anti-inflammatory as well as a natural antihistamine that can help treat small bumps, insect bites, and hay fever."
