A sour, yet sweet tapenade made with green olives, sundried tomatoes and anchovy paste.

What we say: "In this rich spread, the acidity of the green olives is balanced perfectly by the full-bodied sweetness of the sundried tomatoes. Because it's made with vinegar and some anchovy paste, we love to spread a spoonful of this on top of a white fish fillet, it's delicious! "

Ingredients: Olives vertes 71.5%, sundried tomatoes 12.5%, extra virgin olive oil, capers, garlic, wine vinegar, anchovy cream 0.9%, thyme, black pepper.

Storage: Store in cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 8 days
