Delicious ratatouille with a traditional recipe of tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes and onions.

What we say: "This is the perfect Provençal summer stew that will bring sunshine to your plate all year long! Filled with sun-soaked Provençal vegetables, this ratatouille tin is a must have in your larder that will sort out any winter blues. The vegetables taste deliciously fresh, and it’s great hot or cold, on its own or with meat, poultry, and fish. Easy to reheat as well – just pop it on a low heat for 5min in a saucepan."

Ingredients: Vegetables 75% (courgettes, onions, aubergines, red peppers), crushed tomatoes, tomato puree 16%, sunflower oil, salt, modified starch E1422, garlic (sulphur dioxide and sulphites), spices.

Serving: Can be served hot or cold. To heat, pour the contents of the can into a saucepan and warm gently. Alternatively, pour the contents of the can into a microwave-safe dish, cover, and heat.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 7 days.

Allergies: Contains sulphites.
